WIP: Enchanted Tales

Is a criminal fairy tale, Mrs. Tice has been working for several years. Little Red Riding Hood is a homicide detective for NYPD, and she is on the hunt for the Pied Piper Serial Killer.



The process


This story was requested by Mrs. Tice's adult Daughter, Kathryn. Kathryn wanted Mrs. Tice to write a crime novel for her. When the book is completed it will be dedicated to her daughter.

  • DIfficulty: It has been difficult due to making sure the correct language is used in certain situations. Mrs. Tice does not want to be extremely graphic in the killings, and it has been a hard line to walk. She also wants to be sensitive to actual victims and does not want to harm or upset others.

    Length of Time: It has been approximately five years since the journey of Enchanted Tales has begun. It had also began as a writing challenge, with NaNoWriMo in November.

  • Inspiration : Using fairy tales, and the encouragement of my loved ones
